Indema Appoints New CEO: Gemma To The Team.

We're thrilled to announce the appointing of our new Chief Executive Officer at indema: Gemma DeMasi.

Gemma and Timothy go back a long while, years actually. From facebook groups, to sharing client horror stories. Gemma brings such a vibrant light to the team and indema's customers, it made sense to bring her on to be the face of our company and to spearhead our journey to bring the best digital solution to designers all over the globe.

From the hallowed halls of the West Valley to the creative landscapes of Academy of Art, Gemma's journey as an interior designer began with a childhood fascination for transformation. She marveled at how altering a space's layout or color could evoke entirely new feelings and emotions.

As a firm believer that everyone possesses a unique design style waiting to be unveiled, her approach each project by first understanding how her clients want to feel in their space. This emotional foundation guides the entire design process, merging seamlessly with the architectural canvas and client preferences.

Her early focus on kitchen and bath design with her husband’s company led her to craft an efficient and detailed design process, leaving no room for error. This precision and dedication are at the core of her work not only as a designer but an avid lover of technology and indema.

Beyond design, her 4-year-old daughter, who fearlessly challenges societal norms, is a constant source of inspiration. Her curiosity reminds Gemma to explore new creative avenues, and push harder to do her best not only for others, but for her family.

When she's not immersed in design projects, you'll find her jet-setting across the globe, seeking fresh design and architectural inspiration, spending time with her family and simply enjoying what life has to offer. Gemma is an avid soccer enthusiast (Go Chelsea!), loves making a splash in any body of water, savoring impromptu socks-on home dance parties, and cherish quality time with family and friends over dinner.

Having recently relocated to Mexico, she now enjoys amazing food, music and people!
