We’re sorry to see you leave indema! Of course, you are always welcome back if you choose to do so in the future.
There are no refunds for annual plans, as we treat annual plans as a contract/commitment. 


These terms were updated last on December 14, 2024 and take effect January 1, 2026.



For First Time Users On The First Month:
Within 7 Calendar Days: Including on the 7th day: 50% refund.
After 7 Calendar Days: No refunds will be approved.
Annual users are required to sign an agreement that has further refund policy information.

For Existing Users:
No refunds are approved.
Your account will cancel and be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

All Indema traditional subscriptions are annual contracts with yearly billing. By selecting a traditional subscription, you agree to a one-year commitment and accept that you will be billed annually. Once subscribed, you cannot receive refunds for switching between subscription plans. Your subscription automatically binds you to an annual contract for Indema’s services.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.  If you cancel the Services before the end of your current paid-up month, your account will remain open until the end of the then-current billing cycle, after which the cancellation will take effect and you will not be charged for the next month or be able to access your account.


Accounts currently on a Lifetime deal are not impacted by any price or policy changes

Lifetime deal accounts are not eligible for a refund per your agreement with indema.

Should you change your plan to a different plan (either upgrading or downgrading) you would also be required to change to the new plan structures. No exceptions will be provided to these terms of grandfathered accounts. For more information about these policies, please reference our Terms of use agreement and our Master subscription agreement.
